PROJECTS
Clinical Quality Management

As a public health leader with a strong commitment to health equity and outcomes-driven care, I have had the privilege of designing and strengthening Clinical Quality Management (CQM) programs across a variety of jurisdictions. My approach is grounded in collaboration, data-informed decision-making, and the belief that quality improvement must be both client-centered and system-aware. From building foundational CQM infrastructure to developing high-impact performance measures, my work has focused on closing gaps in care, improving health outcomes, and creating sustainable quality systems.
Through multi-year partnerships with Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients and community-based providers, I have led quality improvement initiatives that address early intervention services, medical case management, and health disparities affecting priority populations. These projects have used Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles, Rapid Cycle Improvement (RCI) strategies, and meaningful stakeholder engagement, including people with lived experience, to ensure that solutions are both effective and relevant. Each project is an opportunity to transform data into action while centering the dignity and needs of the people we serve.
